EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REPAIR:

It is our hope that you will be pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not happy with what you ordered, or it is not what you were expecting, you may exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in purchased condition. Special orders and sale items are final sales - no exchanges will be given.
No refunds will be given.
Broken or damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced. Simply notify us of the problem, send us your item, and we will repair or replace it within 7 business days.
All special orders, such as lengths of necklaces other than those offered on the website, will be treated as final sales. Since the piece is being made specifically for your order, we will not be able to accept any exchanges.
All SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be exchanged.

Gypsy Collection label, brown silk organza ribbon tied around & a
real peacock feather attached. The box is then put in a shipping box
buried in shipping peanuts and/or tissue paper.
